Clear Vision Drive ("we", "us") is a sole-trader driving school based in Oxford, UK. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what's necessary to deliver lessons and respond to enquiries.
What we collect
Name, contact details (phone, email), pickup area, and lesson preferences — only when you submit a booking or contact form, or call/message us.
How we use it
To confirm and deliver your lessons, send reminders, and reply to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Active learner records are kept for the duration of your tuition and up to 24 months afterwards for tax and dispute records, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold on you at any time by emailing mbilalhussainex4@gmail.com.
